The Government of Pakistan has released the latest update regarding the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP). All beneficiaries who have received a dynamic survey message from BISP are advised to complete their survey at the earliest. Failure to update the survey will result in disqualification from the program, and such individuals will no longer be able to receive the Rs. 13,500 payment.
Meanwhile, those who have already completed their survey have started receiving the second phase payment of Rs. 13,500 under the program.

What is the BISP Dynamic Registry Survey?
The BISP Dynamic Registry Survey is a process where households are reassessed to evaluate their poverty status. The collected data helps determine whether individuals still qualify for financial support. Eligibility or ineligibility is based on the following factors:
- Household income status
- Family size
- Employment status and changes
- Utility bills and housing condition
Those who registered in 2022 or earlier but have not yet updated their survey information are now required to do so. Messages have already been sent to such individuals by BISP for re-surveying.
Who Needs to Update Their BISP Dynamic Survey?
The following categories of individuals must update their NSER Dynamics Survey:
- Individuals whose registration is 3 years old or more.
- Those who have never done a survey before but were declared eligible through 8171.
- Beneficiaries who received a survey letter from BISP via post.
⚠️ Important: If you fail to update your survey, you will face:
- Disqualification from current and future BISP payments.
- CNIC verification issues in the 8171 system.
- Ineligibility for the Rs. 13,500 installment.
How to Complete or Update the BISP Dynamic Survey?
To complete or update your survey, follow these steps:
- Visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office.
- Carry your original CNIC and other necessary documents.
- If you have received a survey letter, bring it along.
- Collect your token number at the office.
- Fill in the Dynamic Survey Registration Form when your turn arrives.
- Complete the biometric verification process.
- Submit your details and wait for confirmation.
- A confirmation message will be sent via SMS or letter.
- If declared eligible, you will be informed about your Rs. 13,500 payment.
Latest Updates – June 2025 Payments
BISP has begun disbursing the second phase payments of Rs. 13,500 to verified beneficiaries. Those who updated their information on time are now receiving their installments. However, individuals who delay their survey will be disqualified and excluded from future payments.
