by The National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW), Government of Pakistan, has announced fresh career opportunities for 34 regular posts across four different categories. NCSW is a financially and administratively autonomous statutory body, established under the NCSW Act, 2012, through a presidential ordinance, tasked with examining and reviewing laws, policies, and programmes to protect and empower women and help the government implement related international obligations.
Applications are being invited online only through the ETS (Eite Testing Services) website, with a closing date of 12 October 2026.
Available Posts, Vacancies & Eligibility
1. Assistant Chief (BPS-18) – 12 Posts | Age: 28–40 Years
- Master’s Degree (Grade-C or equivalent) in Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource, or LLB from an HEC-recognized institution. Higher qualifications will be given preference.
- 5–7 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Project Management, Women’s Rights, Legal Issues, or Report Writing in the Government sector or an INGO/NGO.
- Quota: Open Merit = 01, Open Merit (Female) = 01, Punjab = 03, Sindh = 02, KPK = 02, Balochistan = 01, GB = 01, AJK = 01
2. Stenographer (BPS-14) – 11 Posts | Age: 18–30 Years
- Intermediate or equivalent (Grade-B), computer literate.
- Typing speed: 40 words per minute; shorthand speed: 80 words per minute.
- Quota: Punjab = 06, Open Merit (Women) = 01, Sindh (Rural) = 01, Sindh (Urban) = 01, KPK = 01, Balochistan = 01
3. Driver (BPS-04) – 1 Post | Age: 18–30 Years
- Middle pass with a valid driving licence, medically fit.
- Quota: KPK = 01
4. Naib Qasid (BPS-04) – 10 Posts | Age: 18–28 Years
- Primary pass; preference will be given to candidates with a middle pass.
- Quota: Local (Islamabad & Rawalpindi)

General Terms and Conditions
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview, and no TA/DA will be admissible.
- Applicants must present original documents along with attested copies of degrees/certificates (attested by HEC or the concerned regulatory body), CNIC, and other relevant documents at the time of interview.
- Any fake, bogus, or forged information/credential found at any stage will lead to cancellation of candidature and legal action.
- Candidates already working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel.
- Age relaxation will be admissible as per government policy, where applicable, and age will be calculated up to the closing date for receipt of applications.

How to Apply
- For Sr. No. 1 and 2 (Assistant Chief and Steno Typist), candidates must visit the ETS website https://elite.org.pk, create a profile, and apply online. A complete tutorial video is available on the ETS website for guidance.
- For Sr. No. 3 and 4 (Driver and Naib Qasid), candidates may download the application form and challan form from the ETS website.
- Submit the fee via challan at any MCB Bank branch (non-refundable, non-transferable), or pay online and print the receipt.
- After fee submission, send the signed and stamped application form along with all attested credentials (degrees/certificates/CNIC/experience copies) by courier to:

- Send applications in an A4 envelope without folding the form or documents.
- For guidance or queries, contact 0331-5105494 (WhatsApp only) before the due date.
- Candidates are advised to visit the ETS website at least 3 times a week, as SMS notifications may sometimes fail due to network issues.
- Roll Number Slips will be available for download from the ETS website after SMS notification — no separate call letters will be issued.
- Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

- Do not share your assigned roll number or converted mobile number with anyone.
