Forestry, Wildlife & Fisheries Department Punjab Jobs 2026 – GIS-Based Protection Regime Project

The Forestry, Wildlife & Fisheries Department, Government of Punjab, has announced new job openings under the development project titled “GIS-Based Protection Regime and Establishment of Digital Communication Cell.” Applications are invited from candidates across Punjab for 05 vacancies in technical and support roles, with monthly salaries ranging from Rs. 43,750 to Rs. 350,000.

Available Posts, Salary & Eligibility

1. Animator (PPS-8) – 1 Post | Rs. 350,000/month | Age: 28–35

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Fine Arts, Film & TV, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university, with 7 years’ experience.
Proven experience creating high-quality animations using industry-standard software such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, or Maya.
Strong artistic skills, including drawing, modelling, and storytelling, are essential.
Experience in 2D and 3D animation, visual effects, and motion graphics s required.

2. Assistant Director Computer Programming (PPS-7) – 1 Post | Rs. 157,500/month | Age: 23–30

Bachelor’s degree in Geo-Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Geographical Information Systems from a recognized university.
Minimum 01 year post-qualification experience in computer programming/development or GIS programming in a recognized private/public organization.

3. Drone Operator (PPS-5) – 1 Post | Rs. 70,000/month | Age: 22–28

Bachelor’s degree (Second Division) from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 01 year of experience in piloting drones for high-quality aerial footage and imagery for natural resource applications.
Skilled in planning and executing drone flights, route mapping, camera settings, drone maintenance, equipment calibration, and data processing.

4. Surveyor (PPS-3) – 1 Post | Rs. 43,750/month | Age: 20–25

Higher Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) from a recognized board.
Diploma in Surveying from a recognized institute.

5. Driver (PPS-3) – 1 Post | Rs. 43,750/month | Age: 25–35

Middle School Certificate.
Valid Light Transport Vehicle (LTV) driving licence.
Five years’ light transport vehicle driving experience.

Age Relaxation

General age relaxation of +5 years for males and +8 years for females will be applicable as per Government of Punjab S&GAD Notification No. SORI(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08.08.2016.

Important Conditions

Recruitment is purely on a contract basis for the project period; annual increments will be applied as per approved PC-1/Government-approved policies.
Only candidates from Punjab Province are eligible to apply.
In-service candidates must obtain NOC/DPC from their concerned department and present it at the time of interview.
Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will be rejected without informing the applicant.
Candidates must bring original documents at the interview, along with copies of educational documents, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, 2 passport-size photographs, and a detailed CV.
